Located a scenic 90 km drive south of Adelaide, historic Port Elliot has been a favourite holiday location for more than 150 years. Stunning Horseshoe Bay is a safe swimming beach for the whole family and is also home to the stylish and popular Flying Fish Café. The village centre provides fascinating insights into a rich past. In winter, whales can often be spotted from local vantage points. Victor Harbor, the major regional centre, is just ten minutes drive from Port Elliot with attractions such as beautiful beaches, golf courses, Granite Island, the Bluff, Urimbirra Wildlife Park and Greenhills Adventure Park. It is only a 15 minute drive east to the historic river town of Goolwa and the famous McLaren Vale wine region is also only a short drive away.
